Lumera Nami needed a website to explain its property management and renovation services. Potential clients needed to see what the company does, view its renovation projects and get in touch. Existing clients needed to find helpful information, contact details and the client portal easily.
The team wanted to update service details and add renovation projects themselves, without asking a designer to make each change.
We designed the website in Figma using the company’s existing branding, then built it in WordPress. The menu makes it easy to find services, projects, common questions and contacts. A clearly visible link takes clients to their existing portal.
We created matching layouts for service and project pages. The team can change text, answers and photos in clearly labelled fields in WordPress. They can also add new renovation projects with a description and photo gallery. We added the first three projects using information and photos from the client.
We edited the Latvian text, wrote page titles and descriptions for search engines, and made sure the pages work on phones and computers. The contact form lets visitors choose a topic and add their property details and message. It also includes spam protection. The team can share updates in the news section.
